I had the pleasure of working with listing agent Michael Gibbons; I was the buyer's agent. Michael always answered my questions respectfully and in a timely manner. During the transaction, there was a minor setback, but we managed to compromise without too much difficulty or stress. We made it to settlement without delay. Thank you!

Since day one, Michael has shown what it means to go to bat for his clients. He’s a dedicated professional who loves what he does, and it shows. Whether it’s having a hard conversation or having to vent, Michael showed up and made me feel heard. He’s a true professional, values my time, and was always available when I needed him. Michael is someone you can trust, day in and day out. You will not regret working with him.

We can’t say enough great things about Mike! From start to finish, he truly went above and beyond to help us buy our home. He made us feel like we were his only clients the entire time, always giving us his full attention and support. Mike was incredibly attentive and responsive—every call or text was answered so quickly, which made the whole process feel so much less stressful. No matter what challenges came up, he stayed positive and worked through the absolute trenches with us to get us to the finish line. Takes care of everything from start to finish. Can't say enough about the work ethic. And understanding of dynamic situations. The best of the best!

What is there to say about the grateful agent Michael Gibbons? Only that he is a phenomenal person and is one of the best realtors my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only is he the type of person you can be friends with, but he is good at what he does as a realtor. He made the experience a good one, and whenever there were moments of anxiety, he was there to help settle the fears of house hunting and explained everything if there was an issue, and he didn’t let us settle into places that weren’t good. I would definitely consider and recommend him to anyone who needs a real estate agent.

As a fellow agent, I had a great experience working with Michael on a recent transaction. He was professional, responsive, and easy to collaborate with throughout the entire process. The deal came together smoothly for both sides, and I’d gladly work with him again in the future!

Michael was very engaging and impactful throughout our process. He advised us on formulating an offer that landed us the property among other offers. We are so grateful. Even after our closing, he remains in contact and offers his assistance when needed.

Michael was the agent representing the buyer on one of my listings. He was phenomenal to work with! Very communicative, attentive to details, and kept up with important deadlines. Together, we both made the transaction for each of our clients a smooth and successful process- the way real estate transactions should be! Looking forward to working with Michael again someday!
